ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

Good artwork is critical to ensure a quality end product. The graphics department at PROMOpartners.com has established some general guidelines to help simplify the process.

The artwork must be of good quality with a high resolution to be reproduced properly. The best quality artwork is vector line art followed by a high resolution bitmap (minimum 600 dpi). You can e-mail your artwork to staff@promopartners.com.

We accept the following formats:

Corel-Draw 8/PC

Corel-Paint 8/PC

Adobe Illustrator 9/PC

High resolution .TIFF (600 dpi minimum)

High resolution .JPG (600 dpi minimum)

EPS formats

Pagemaker (600 dpi minimum)

To reproduce the artwork on a finished product the artwork must first be color separated and converted to black and white camera-ready artwork. If all of this is still confusing - give us a call TOLL FREE (888) 671-7148. We will walk you through the process or we will convert your artwork for you.

If you don't have finished artwork but have an idea for a design that you doodled on a napkin - No Problem. Just fax the design to PROMOpartners.com at (618) 234-9875. Please indicate your name and a return telephone number so we can contact you if we have any questions. We will reproduce your design FREE OF CHARGE and e-mail or fax it back to you for final approval.
