EMBROIDERY CHARGES Embroidery charges can sometimes be confusing.
All-Star Custom Embroidery has tried to simplify the pricing to make the various
charges easier to understand. Basically, embroidery charges are divided
into 4 different categories: 1. Embroidery Running Charges:
Embroidery running charges is the price for each logo or design embroidered on
an article of clothing. The charge per logo or design depends on the
number of stitches it take to sew the design (see Digitizing of Logo or Design
below). All-Star Custom Embroidery charges $1.00 per 1,000 stitches.
As an example: If the logo or design has 7,500 stitches the cost would be $7.50
per article embroidered. 2. Digitizing of Logo or Design: If
you have never had your logo or design digitized then it must be digitized
before the logo or design can be sewn or embroidered. Digitizing tells the
embroidery machines where to stitch, how many stitches and what colors to
stitch. The cost of digitizing generally start at $10.00 per 1,000
stitches. More elaborate and complex designs are quoted after inspection
of the design. As an example of the digitizing charges: An estimate
is made of the logo or design to the number of stitches the design has then
multiplied times $10.00 per 1,000 stitches. If the design has 7,500
stitches then the digitizing charge would be $75.00. The easiest way to
get an estimate is to e-mail us your design or logo in a high resolution
(600dpi) .jpg format and we will e-mail you back with an estimate. E-mail

Sometimes customers do not want a logo or design but just their company name
spelled out in a specific font. All-Star Custom Embroidery has over 50
digitized fonts available for this service. The standard embroidery fonts
charge is calculated at $1.00 per 1,000 stitches plus a one time setup fee of
$10.00. As an example: You would like the name "ABC COMPANY"
sewn and the stitch count is 3,500 stitches. The cost would be calculated
3,500 stitches multiplied times $1.00 per 1,000 stitches = $3.50 plus the $10.00
set up charge. 4. Standard Digitized Designs:
All-Star Custom Embroidery has over 13,000 standard pre-digitized designs
available. Pre-digitized designs are cataloged by design types (i.e.
plants, trains, sports, etc.). The charge for standard digitized designs
are calculated the same as the standard embroidery fonts. As an
example: You select a design of a tiger which has 11,000 stitches. The
cost would be calculated 11,000 stitches multiplied by $1.00 per 1,000 stitches
= $11.00 plus the $10.00 setup charge. The best way to select a standard digitized design is

We will search our data base for your criteria and select several designs
that are available. We will then e-mail you a colored picture of the
design and the cost to have the design embroidered.
